<p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li><p>Conduct pre-handover unit inspection and monitor initial cleaning works</p></li><li><p>Prepare handover documents and materials</p></li><li><p>Deliver quality handover and customer services for all new residential development projects</p></li><li><p>Assist in handover booking arrangement and answer hotline enquiries</p></li><li><p>Handle general enquiries and complaints & take follow-up actions</p></li><li><p>Coordinate with project team for defect rectification works</p></li><li><p>Perform ad hoc tasks assigned</p></li></ul><p><strong>Requirements:</strong></p><ul><li><p>HKCEE / HKDSE or above</p></li><li><p>Experience in handover of residential properties is a definite advantage</p></li><li><p>Proactive, detailed-minded and good interpersonal skills</p></li><li><p>Customer-oriented and good communication skills</p></li><li><p>Able to work under pressure</p></li><li><p>Good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin</p></li><li><p>Shift duty is required (5-day work per week, 9-hours per shift)</p></li><li><p>Immediate available is preferred</p></li><li><p>Fresh graduates will also be considered</p></li></ul><p>We offer ample opportunities for career development and attractive salary package commensurate with experience and qualifications.
