Job Description
- Responsible for daily teaching activities for preschool children (2-6 years old), design and implement diversified courses based on children's development stages, covering Chinese character recognition, story telling, English phonics, English story telling, basic number concepts and logical thinking training, rhythmic singing and dancing, and creative little crafts.
- Combine early childhood education and special education principles, observe and support children with different learning needs, and provide appropriate individualized guidance and positive behavior support to children with mild developmental differences or learning traits.
- Create a safe, warm and inspiring learning environment, through game-based, life-based and sensory interaction teaching strategies, promote children's all-round development in cognition, language, social skills, emotions and actions.
- Participate in on-site research and development activities, curriculum planning meetings and professional training, continuously improving early childhood education practice and inclusive education integration strategies, and promoting high-quality early education services in line with the organization's education philosophy.
- Holding a Hong Kong Education Bureau-recognized early childhood education teacher certificate (ECE) or special education-related qualifications (such as SENCO training certificate, inclusive education certificate, etc.), those with dual practical experience in early childhood education and special education are especially preferred.
- Love the early childhood education industry, have high empathy, patience and emotional stability, and be able to respond to each child's uniqueness and development rhythm with a respectful, accepting and encouraging attitude.
- Have solid Chinese and English language skills: able to fluently use Cantonese for teaching and communication; have basic English oral expression ability, can carry out Phonics teaching and English story activities; Mandarin communication ability is an added bonus.
- Master basic teaching design and classroom management skills, be able to flexibly use multimedia, teaching aids and outdoor resources to enrich teaching forms, and have the ability to write simple teaching plans and record learning achievements.
- Have a team spirit and sense of responsibility, be able to cooperate with the school's overall operation arrangements, abide by the professional ethics of education, respect children's rights and privacy, and pass background checks and health examinations.
