Assist the operation of clinic dispensaries, support inventory control ; ensure optimal level of stock

High Diploma in Dispensing Studies/

1 to 2 years relevant working experience

Job Responsibilities

• Assist the clinic pharmacy with its daily operations, including drug distribution, prescription processing, and patient services
• Execute drug replenishment procedures, monitor expiration dates and batches, and prevent expired drugs from circulating
• Assist in drug classification, label attachment, and storage arrangements to ensure compliance with safety standards

Work requirements

• Have 1 to 2 years of relevant work experience in a medical institution or clinic pharmacy
• Familiar with drug management processes and basic pharmacological knowledge, and able to accurately handle prescription instructions
• Have good communication skills, be able to effectively interact with medical staff and patients
• Careful and responsible, able to maintain work efficiency and accuracy in a busy environment
