Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and highly motivated senior full-stack developer to join our founding team in Hong Kong, China. This position offers generous compensation, including equity, and gives you the opportunity to fundamentally shape the future of "Huggingface+". As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining scalable network applications, designing robust architectures, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions.

Main responsibilities:

- Full-stack development: Design, develop and maintain dynamic and responsive web applications using modern technologies.

- Architecture design: Create and implement scalable and efficient front-end and back-end architectures.

- Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, designers, and other developers to translate requirements into practical functional features.

- Code quality: Ensure high standards of code quality through best practices, code reviews, and automated testing.

- Performance optimization: Optimize the application to achieve maximum speed, scalability and reliability.

- Open source contribution: Participate in the open source project named CSGHub and contribute to it, thereby enhancing the company's reputation and technical advantage.

- Coaching: Provide guidance and support to junior developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.

- Innovation: Stay up to date with the latest industry trends and technologies, and incorporate them into our development process when appropriate.

Qualifications:

- Educational background: Hold a master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or related fields.

- Work experience:

- At least 3 years of full-stack development professional experience.

- Have experience in contributing to well-known open-source projects or participating in large-scale projects at well-known private companies.

- Technical skills:

- Programming language: Proficient in Go and Python.

- Front-end: Proficient in JavaScript frameworks (such as React, Angular, Vue.js).

- Backend: Have server-side framework and architecture experience.

- Databases: In-depth understanding of SQL and NoSQL databases.

- DevOps: Familiar with cloud platforms (such as GitHub, Gitlab) and continuous integration/continuous delivery (CI/CD) pipelines.

- Version control: Proficient in Git and collaborative development workflow.

- Soft skills:

- Have excellent problem-solving and analysis skills.

- Have strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced, vibrant startup company environment.
