Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and proactive senior large language model algorithm researcher to lead the development and optimization of large language models (LLMs) within our community. As a key member of our Hong Kong team, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of "Huggingface+" and contributing to our global success.
Main responsibilities:
- Algorithm development: Design, develop and optimize the algorithm of large language models to improve performance, scalability and efficiency.
- Research and innovation: Conduct cutting-edge research in natural language processing, machine learning, and artificial intelligence, and push our large language model to continuously improve.
- Collaboration: Collaborate closely with data scientists, engineers, and product managers from cross-functional teams to integrate algorithmic advances into our platform.
- Guidance: Provide guidance to junior researchers and team members, and create a culture of learning and innovation.
- Publication and company representation: Publish research results in well-known journals and conferences, and represent OpenCSG.com at industry events and workshops.
- Project leadership: From conception to deployment, lead complex projects, ensure on-time delivery and align with company goals.
Qualifications:
- Educational background: Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning or related fields of doctoral study.
- Work experience: At least 2 years of algorithm development and optimization experience, especially in large language models.
- Technical skills:
- Proficient in Python, C++, or Java programming language.
- Have rich experience in machine learning frameworks (such as TensorFlow, PyTorch).
- In-depth understanding of natural language processing technology and large language model architecture.
- Language skills:
- Fluent in English writing and speaking.
- Must be fluent in Cantonese (written and spoken).
- Soft skills:
- Excellent problem-solving and analysis skills.
