<p><strong><u>Responsibilities</u></strong></p><p>· Engage with prospective customers to understand their business requirements, processes, and pain points, formulate account development plan and provide effective account management for ERP solutions;</p><p>· Achieve assigned sales targets that align with Company's objectives and directions;</p><p>· Maintain an accurate and strong sales pipeline;</p><p>· Prepare proposals and tender documents, for presentation to customers based on site review and analysis of requirements with customers, blueprints, specifications and tender documents;</p><p>· Work with project teams to conduct post-sale follow-ups with customers to ensure customer satisfaction with the completed contracts, maintain a positive attitude to maintain a long-term service relationship;</p><p></p><p><strong><u>Requirements</u></strong></p><p>· University graduate in Business Administration, Information Technology or related disciplines</p><p>· 3-5 years' working experience with at least 2 years of experiences on application software</p><p>· Excellent consultative selling skill and communication skill</p><p>· Customer-oriented, strategic mind-set with good project management know-how</p><p>· High proficiency in both English and Chinese (Mandarin & Cantonese)</p><p>· Candidate with less experience will be considered for the post of Sales Executive</p><p>· Immediate available is preferred</p><p></p>
