<p>Job Responsibilities</p><ul><li>Greet customers warmly and provide professional and thoughtful services, helping them browse through the finished photos, and clearly explaining the highlights and features of each photo.</li><li>Based on the customer's personal style, preferences and needs, recommend suitable photo package solutions, including the number of retouches, album design, and printing services, and answer related questions in detail.</li><li>Through effective communication and guidance of customer needs, assist customers in making decisions, promote order completion, complete the selection and confirmation of photos and subsequent procedures. </li><li>Maintain a friendly and attentive service attitude throughout, focus on customer experience, handle feedback in a timely manner, and enhance customer satisfaction and brand affinity.</li><li>Comply with the store's process management to ensure a smooth and efficient sales process, maintain good customer relationships and promote secondary consumption or word-of-mouth advertising.</li></ul><p> Work requirements</p><ul><li>Applicants with sales or customer service-related work experience, those with photography, beauty, portrait, and wedding dress backgrounds, will be given priority. </li><li></li><li>Have strong learning abilities, be able to quickly master the company's provided rhetoric system, product knowledge and sales process, and flexibly apply it to actual work. </li><li></li></ul>
