Job Description
- Responsible for daily accounting and bookkeeping, including income, expenses, accounts receivable and payable;
- Assist in the preparation of monthly trial balance sheets and basic financial statements, ensuring data accuracy and timeliness;
- Organize and archive accounting vouchers, invoices, bank statements, etc. financial documents, maintain complete and compliant accounting records;
- Support salary calculation and related deductions, and cooperate with the human resources department to complete the monthly payroll process;
- Assist in handling tax declaration preliminary data preparation (such as capital gains tax, salary tax related documents), and provide the necessary information to the accounting firm.
- Have 1 to 3 years of local accounting clerk work experience, familiar with Hong Kong's Company Ordinance and basic tax requirements;
- Proficient in using common accounting software (such as QuickBooks, Xero, MYOB or Kingdee, Yonex, etc.), and able to use Excel effectively for data processing and simple analysis;
- Have good reading and writing skills in Chinese and English, be able to clearly write internal financial communication documents and understand bilingual financial statements;
- Careful and steady, strong sense of responsibility, able to complete routine work on time, and maintain data accuracy and confidentiality under pressure.
