<p>Job duties: </p><p>·Responsible for managing the daily operations of the store</p><p>·Actively and proactively implement brand strategy and business development policies</p><p>·Break down and implement the sales targets set by the company</p><p>·Have some personnel management skills, build a team environment and culture of mutual respect and strong inclusiveness</p><p></p><p>·Responsible for and assisting in employee recruitment and training</p><p></p><p>Job requirements: </p><p>· More than 3 years of retail experience and at least 1 year of store management experience</p><p>·Full of enthusiasm for the retail industry ·Have good communication skills and leadership ability, proactive, and assist in development and provide guidance</p><p>·Second 5 and above</p><p>·Fluent Cantonese, good English and general Mandarin, able to read and write Chinese and English </p><p>Need to have a Hong Kong resident identity card;</p>
