<p>Job Responsibilities</p><ul><li>Responsible for expanding Hong Kong local advertising customers, formulating integrated marketing solutions based on different brand needs, covering brand strategy planning, new media operation strategy, public relations event planning, film content production, and media placement execution. </li><li>Based on the company's business objectives, develop and implement specific and feasible customer acquisition and maintenance strategies, regularly track progress, and ensure that performance indicators are achieved on schedule.</li><li>Actively explore potential customers through various channels, establish long-term and stable cooperative relationships, enhance customer loyalty and renewal rate.</li><li>Accurately understand customer business objectives and marketing needs, effectively coordinate internal creative, planning and execution teams, and ensure proposal and execution quality meets customer expectations.</li><li>Regularly conduct customer follow-up and needs analysis, provide optimization suggestions, promote cross-selling and deepen cooperation opportunities.</li></ul><p> Work requirements</p><ul><li>Preference will be given to those with Hong Kong local identity or permanent residency, with at least three years of sales or sales management experience in the advertising industry, and those with rich resources of Hong Kong local enterprises or brand customers are especially preferred.</li><li>Familiar with the digital marketing ecosystem and advertising service process, with independent proposal and negotiation skills, and able to design competitive solutions based on customer needs.</li><li>Have excellent interpersonal communication and customer relationship management skills, be able to maintain stable performance in a high-pressure environment, and effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve goals.</li><li>Strong self-motivation, enthusiastic about business expansion work, and willing to accept challenges and continuously pursue personal and team performance breakthroughs.</li><li>Have good time management and project management skills, be able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and ensure work quality and timeliness.</li></ul>
