Preference will be given to those who possess experience in of key account sales of the following industries:</p><ul><li><p>Property Developer</p></li><li><p>Property Management</p></li><li><p>Hospitality.</p></li><li><p>Experience in Swimming Pools or Water Quality Management Services is a plus</p></li></ul></li><li><p>Customer-oriented with proactive and good serving attitude.</p></li><li><p>Presentable and strong in communication and negotiation skills.</p></li><li><p>Proficient in both spoken and written English and Cantonese.</p></li><li><p>Candidate must possess good communicating skills, sale driven and results orientated.</p></li><li><p>Able to work in a fast-paced and dynamic B2B environment that requires multi-tasking skills, flexibility and adaptability</p></li><li><p>Good team player and able to work with different teams and customers with strong problem solving and presentation skills</p></li><li><p>Intermediate level of Microsoft Office skills, especially in Excel and Powerpoint</p></li></ul><p></p><p><strong>Job Description</strong></p><p></p><p></p><p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li><p>Responsible for managing customers, building professional knowledge, and becoming a trusted consultant.</p></li><li><p>Promote and sell the company's services and solutions to potential corporate customers, and maintain and expand existing customer business.</p></li><li><p>Through telephone development (cold call) and on-site visits to customers to expand the customer base.</p></li><li><p>Develop sales plans and strategies to achieve monthly sales targets.</p></li><li><p>Have the ability to handle annual contract negotiations and be able to solve related problems proficiently.</p></li><li><p>Through proactive follow-up and support measures, maintain a good trust relationship with customers.</p></li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Work requirements</strong>:</p><ul><li><p>At least 2 years of sales experience in account management.</p></li><li><p>Applicants with the following industry key customer sales experience will be given priority: real estate developers, property management companies, and hotels.</p></li><li><p>Those with swimming pool or water quality management service experience are given additional points.</p></li><li><p>Customer-oriented, with a proactive service attitude.</p></li><li><p>Appropriate appearance, good communication and negotiation skills.</p></li><li><p>Proficient in English and Cantonese oral and written skills.</p></li><li><p>Have good communication skills, be passionate about sales work, and be results-oriented.</p></li><li><p>Able to work in a fast-paced and dynamic B2B environment, with multi-tasking abilities, flexibility, and adaptability.</p></li><li><p>Team player, able to collaborate with different departments and customers, with excellent problem-solving and presentation skills.</p></li><li><p>Familiar with the use of Microsoft Office software, especially Excel and PowerPoint (intermediate level).</p></li></ul>
