Responsibilities:

-Responsible for month end closing and financial reporting for all stores

-Monitor compliance with internal control procedure, policies and local accounting standards

-Handle statutory audit and tax related issue

-Assist in annual budget preparation and budgetary control; oversee the delivery of budgets, forecasts and strategic plans in accordance with the established policies and procedures;

-Support management in providing finance committee papers;

-Support month-end and year-end closing procedures;

-Provide financial support to research projects, including project vetting, fund monitoring and submission of accurate and timely reports;

-Perform ad hoc tasks as assigned

Requirements:

-A bachelor's degree in accounting or finance;

-At least 6 years of relevant work experience preferably in Retail, with a minimum of 3 years must be at a supervisory level;

-Strong analytical mind, effective problem-solving abilities, and demonstrated leadership and team-building skills, along with a can-do mentality;

-Demonstrates excellent communication skills, both written and verbal in English and Chinese, as well as strong interpersonal and collaboration skills;

-Proficiency in using computer software and a self-motivation; and

-Prior working experience in audit firms will be an advantage.

-Immediately available is highly preferred

- Candidates with more experience will be considered for the Finance Manager

position.
