Job Responsibilities:

1. Provide professional Hong Kong identity application consultation services to customers, including Hong Kong resident identity, investment immigration and other relevant policy interpretations.

2. Responsible for analyzing customer needs, designing personalized immigration or study abroad plans, and assisting with the completion of relevant application documents and submission procedures.

3. Provide comprehensive asset allocation advice to help clients optimize their financial planning and ensure compliance with Hong Kong's legal and regulatory requirements.

4. Regularly track and update changes in Hong Kong government policies, promptly communicate the latest information to customers, and ensure the accuracy and timeliness of services.

5. Assist in handling problems that customers may encounter during their relocation, including life adaptation, education resource selection, etc. extended services.

Requirements:

1. Have relevant work experience in the field, familiar with the Hong Kong identity application process and policy details, those who are familiar with Hong Kong identity application process and policy details are preferred.

2. Have good communication skills and service awareness, and be able to effectively establish trust relationships with customers.

3. Have a certain understanding of the financial, legal or education industry, and be able to provide comprehensive solution to customers.
