<p>Job Title: Operations Assistant<br><br>Job Responsibilities:<br>1. Responsible for managing the company's payment system, ensuring that all transaction records are accurate and up-to-date.<br>2. Process system account, entry and check account records to ensure financial data integrity and accuracy.<br>3. Ensure the system runs smoothly, and promptly detect and solve technical or operational issues in the system.<br>4. Process customer orders and complaints, providing efficient customer support to enhance user satisfaction.<br>5. Assist in completing other operational tasks, including but not limited to data processing, report compilation, etc.<br><br>Requirements:<br>1. Have good digital sensitivity and meticulous work attitude, and be able to handle financial and system-related affairs efficiently. <br>2. Familiar with common office software (such as Excel, Word, etc.), with basic computer operating skills. <br>3. Have strong communication and problem-solving skills, be able to handle customer complaints and internal collaboration needs properly.<br>4. Work seriously and responsibly, have team spirit, and be able to complete assigned tasks on time.<br>5. Priority will be given to candidates with relevant operating experience or financial background, but fresh graduates are welcome to apply.<br><br></p>
