We are seeking a well-organized foreman with excellent time management skills, responsible for managing construction sites and ensuring that project progress is on schedule. The foreman needs to work closely with owners and tenants, understand their needs and adjust work orders accordingly.

**Foreman responsibilities: **

- Create and maintain a construction progress schedule.

- Communicate and coordinate with customers and contractors.

- Contact the purchasing department to order the necessary materials.

- Ensure the project is within the budget.

- Process multiple task inquiries and solve problems.

- Ensure compliance with safety standards.

**Foreman's requirements: **

- Relevant experience in supervisory or management positions.

- Have construction industry experience.

- Excellent project management skills.

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.

- Excellent leadership skills.
