Job Description and Responsibilities:
Perform valuation analysis/reporting/modelling with instruction from supervisors, and in-depth industry/market/competitor research; Operate the Bloomberg/S&P terminal to seek various financial data and information for Business Valuation; Conduct data collection / market research / site inspection to support our opinions provided to clients for Property Valuation; Assist in preparing proposals/presentation materials/voluntary market research project; Handle general enquiries and supporting works; Prefer to IANG holder and those with strong AI technical skills;
Out of office work may be required such as bank deposit, documents filling etc.
