Job Description
Job Responsibilities ($19800+ bonus, 5.5 days work, 8:30 am-6:30 pm)
- Responsible for coordinating and scheduling all security personnel's daily shift table, ensuring that each post has sufficient and qualified personnel on duty at different time periods (including day shift, night shift and holidays).
- According to customer contract requirements, site characteristics (such as office buildings, shopping malls, residential or industrial areas) and actual security needs, flexibly adjust manpower deployment and patrol route planning.
- Coordinate and handle sudden situations that cause manpower adjustments, such as employee leave, sick leave, emergency support requests or temporary recruitment needs, and promptly update the scheduling system and notify relevant personnel.
- Maintain close communication with front-line supervisors, customer liaison officers and human resources department to confirm attendance records, overtime applications, leave arrangements and disciplinary matters to ensure shift operations comply with the Security and Guarding Industry Ordinance and internal management standards.
- Regularly review shift scheduling effectiveness, analyze absenteeism, overtime hours, and job coverage rate data, and propose optimization recommendations to assist in improving human resources planning.
- No security industry experience is required, with at least one year as a shift supervisor
- Proficient in the use of common office software (such as Excel, Word) and scheduling systems
- Have good communication and coordination skills and sense of responsibility, be able to clearly communicate instructions under high pressure, and properly handle differences of opinion between front-line staff and customers.
