Position: Supermarket Organizer

Job Responsibilities:

The Supermarket Organizer is responsible for maintaining the overall organization and cleanliness of the supermarket. Key duties include:

Ensuring all products are neatly arranged and properly stocked on shelves.

Monitoring inventory levels and assisting with restocking processes as needed.

Maintaining a clean and organized shopping environment for customers.

Providing exceptional customer service by assisting shoppers in locating items.

Collaborating with team members to ensure smooth daily operations.

Job Requirements:

Candidates should possess the following qualifications and skills:

Secondary school or equivalent; additional retail experience is preferred.

Strong organizational and time management abilities.

Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with both customers and colleagues.

Physical stamina to stand, lift, and move products throughout the shift.
