Job Description

Duties include:

1. Schedule and event management: Full authority over the chairman's schedule, coordinate internal and external meetings, business trips and high priority affairs, predict and efficiently resolve schedule conflicts.

2. Meeting and file support: Prepare, review and organize meeting materials (including briefings, financial reports, etc.); participate in important meetings and write meeting minutes, and follow up continuously on To-Do items.

3. Internal and external communication and coordination: Serve as a communication bridge between the chairman and internal departments (finance, legal, investment, operations, etc.) and external partners (banks, corporate customers, regulatory agencies, etc.), ensuring accurate and efficient information exchange.

4. Business and investment decision support: Assist the chairman in handling investment, management and business-related matters; conduct financial market research and analysis; and transform complex financial or operational information into clear and executable insights and recommendations.

5. Project follow-up and execution: Assist in following up on strategy projects and temporary tasks, coordinate and coordinate cross-departmental work, and report progress to the chairman regularly.

6. Confidentiality and compliance: Handle highly confidential and sensitive information to the highest standard, ensuring that all work complies with the Hong Kong Securities and Futures Commission (SFC) regulatory requirements.

Job Requirements

· Bachelor's degree or above, majoring in finance, economics, accounting, business administration, etc., is preferred.

· 1–5 years of relevant work experience, those with financial institutions (especially securities companies) or executive assistant experience are preferred;

· Proficient in MS Office office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Chinese text processing;

· Excellent writing and speaking skills in Chinese and English, able to handle complex business communications in both languages;

· Fluent in English and Cantonese is preferred;

· Familiar with Hong Kong Securities and Futures Commission (SFC) regulatory rules is preferred.
