Key Responsibilities

• Responsible for full spectrum of Administration functions including offices services, insurance, repair, utilities maintenance and dormitory management etc,

• Responsible for full range of HR functions including recruitment, performance management and employee relations,

• Oversee for overall factory Administration including warehouse,

• Provide support service for daily and regular office administration functions,

• Take lead for company events, ISO affairs including internal training, audit and review,

• Communicate with all levels of staff and external partners for Administration & HR related matters,

• Handle ad hoc assignments by Directors.

Requirements

• University degree in Business Administration, HR Management or related disciplines

• 3 years working experiences in manufacturing factory.

• Self-Motivated and Aggressive Personality is a MUST

• Thorough knowledge in China Labor Law

• Proficiency in MS office applications and Chinese word processing

• Mature & Strong in leadership with high Accountability

• Candidate must able to Work Under Pressure

• Good command of both Written & Spoken English. Good Mandarin is required
