Restaurant Manager/Supervisor (Full time)

Cafe & Bar in Wan Chai

Key Responsibilities:

-Supervise daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth service

-Lead, guide and train employees

-Manage inventory and place orders

-Maintain high standards of food quality and safety

-Create a good dining experience for guests

-Handling customer inquiries and quickly resolving any issues

-Create a warm and friendly atmosphere by chatting with customers

Requirements:

-Able to communicate in standard Cantonese, basic English, and basic Mandarin

-2-3 years of restaurant industry experience

-Those with restaurant management or supervisory experience are preferred

-Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills

-Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

-Understand food safety and standards
