Job Responsibilities:

• Lead and participate in the sourcing and evaluation of infrastructure equity investment projects, including market research, financial analysis, valuation and model building, and write and submit investment memorandums to the investment committee

• Maintain close communication with internal teams and external partners (including consultants, banks, law firms, etc.) to push the transaction process forward

• Comprehensive management of due diligence, document drafting, and transaction settlement processes to ensure smooth completion in accordance with internal legal compliance and policy requirements

• Responsible for the continued management, supervision, and related administrative work after the investment project is implemented

Qualifications:

• Hold an accounting or related academic background

• 4 to 7 years of relevant work experience, covering at least two of the following areas: financial due diligence, valuation, audit, corporate financing; those with a background in Big Four, PE, fund, investment bank or consulting company are especially preferred

• Priority will be given to those with CFA or other professional qualifications

• Those with energy, power and utilities, transportation or TMT industry-related transaction experience are preferred

• Work location is Hong Kong, you need to hold a valid Hong Kong work visa or Hong Kong identity
