Job Description
- Responsible for daily patrols within the jurisdiction, supervising the on-duty situation and service quality of security personnel at various positions, and ensuring that security operations meet the company's standards and customer specifications.
- Coordinate and guide the scheduling, handover operations and temporary manpower deployment of the security personnel under your command, flexibly coordinate resources to meet the needs of sudden events, special tasks or festive periods.
- Regularly compile patrol records, abnormal event reports, and specific improvement suggestions, and report them to the major owner or management office to ensure timely, accurate, complete, and traceable information transmission.
- Execute on-site supervision and on-the-job training, provide operation demonstration, scenario simulation and practical guidance to new employees or those with weak performance, and continuously improve team professional skills and service standards.
- Collaborate with property management units, maintenance teams and other partners to handle on-site safety hazards, facility abnormalities, customer complaints, etc., and play a first-line coordination, reporting and preliminary handling function.
- Have at least one year of security management or on-site supervision practical experience; those who have actually held the position of security supervisor/group leader are preferred.
- Familiar with security guard procedures, fire regulations, emergency response procedures (including evacuation guidance, initial fire handling, basic first aid knowledge) and related legal knowledge, and able to independently judge and properly handle common safety events.
- Have good oral expression and cross-unit communication and coordination skills, be able to effectively interact with owners, management offices, colleagues and external units; have basic written report writing skills, be able to clearly state the course of events, analyze the causes and propose feasible suggestions.
- Strong sense of responsibility, clear principles, able to stabilize the supervision responsibilities in a night shift, rotating shift or high-pressure environment, and demonstrate leadership, problem-solving ability and team cohesiveness.
