Handle sudden equipment failures and quickly implement contingency measures to minimize their impact on building operations.
Execute a preventive maintenance plan and accurately record related maintenance and maintenance data for future reference and analysis.
Assist other technical personnel in completing large engineering projects or improvement plans, and improve overall facility efficiency.
Strictly follow safety rules to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and your team.

Have relevant repair and maintenance experience, holding an electrician's license or other relevant professional qualifications is preferred.
Able to handle repair issues independently, with good judgment and problem-solving skills.
Need to work 9 hours a day and accept shift arrangements, with a flexible work schedule.
Have good communication skills, be able to effectively coordinate and cooperate with colleagues and management.
Responsibility, attention to detail, and teamwork are essential qualities.
