Job Description
Job Responsibilities: Responsible for the daily maintenance and repair of properties; conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance work; immediately handle facility failures and safety issues; process and record maintenance work orders and related reports; supervise external contractors' construction performance and acceptance of engineering; handle emergency maintenance and sudden engineering accidents; and coordinate daily maintenance work with departments and contractors;
Qualifications: Post-secondary education: Diploma/Certificate; More than 3 years of experience; Good Cantonese; Able to read and write Chinese; Hold a safety card; Hold an electrician A license or above; Hold a certificate or air conditioning certificate issued by the Industrial College is preferred
Benefits: $26,000 - $28,000 per month, discretionary bonuses, on-the-job training, medical benefits,
Working hours: Sunday Monday to Saturday, 9 am to 6 pm, working 5 days to 6 days (long and short weeks)
