Job Description
Job Responsibilities
- Full responsibility for the daily care of infants and young children, including feeding, changing, bathing and sleep arrangements, etc. life care work.
- According to the different stages of infants and young children's development needs, design and implement appropriate early education activities and interactive games to promote their sensory, language and motor development.
- Regularly clean and disinfect baby supplies, bedding, and activity areas to ensure a clean and hygienic living environment and prevent infection risks.
- Detailed record of infants and young children's daily activities, food intake, excretion status, and health changes, and report related information to parents in real time.
- According to the family's actual needs, flexibly adjust the care method, assist in handling temporary emergencies, and ensure the safety and stability of infants and young children.
Work requirements
- Able to adapt to a 24-hour full-time cohabitation work mode, shift work or round-the-clock standby can be adjusted, and those who live in the southern part of Hong Kong Island are especially suitable.
- Have good communication skills, be able to maintain regular communication with parents in a clear and orderly manner, and build a trust-based cooperative relationship.
- Master basic infant and child care knowledge, familiar with common infant physiological phenomena (such as jaundice, intestinal colic, etc.) and coping methods.
- Those who hold certificates in pediatric nursing, baby-sitting, and postpartum care will be given priority, with a medical and nursing background as a plus.
