Job Responsibilities

2) Supervise the daily security work, including patrols, visitor registration, vehicle management, etc., to ensure that it meets the company's standards and customer requirements;

4) Answer inquiries from residents, visitors or property management regarding security and management matters, provide professional, clear and polite responses, and enhance service quality;

5) Regularly inspect the management range, check the security officers’ on-duty situation, equipment operation and environmental safety, and report any problems to the supervisor immediately;

6) Responsible for writing shift reports and completing assigned administrative tasks to ensure accurate and complete work records.

Work requirements

1) Secondary school graduation or equivalent academic qualifications, those who need to hold a security personnel license and training course certificate;

2) Have three or more years of experience as a security supervisor or related management position, with property management industry experience being particularly desirable;

3) Have good communication and coordination skills, be able to effectively handle customer complaints, questions and interpersonal conflicts, and demonstrate professional service attitude;

4) Familiar with basic crisis management and emergency response procedures, able to calmly judge and make immediate reactions under high pressure;

5) Fixed early shift work (7:30 am to 7:30 pm), with high sense of responsibility, discipline, and team spirit.
