Job Description
- Responsible for the wholesale and retail business of imported frozen meat products, including customer contact, quotation, order processing and contract negotiation, etc. Execute the whole process.
- Continuously maintain and deepen existing wholesale and retail customer relationships, regularly visit customers, understand their needs, and improve customer satisfaction and repurchase rates.
- Actively expand new customer channels, and market development and business penetration to potential customers such as catering groups, supermarkets, restaurants and food processing enterprises.
- In line with the company's business development strategy, participate in market visits, industry exhibitions and promotion activities, collect information on competitors and market dynamics, and provide sales analysis and recommendations.
- Bachelor's degree or above, with 1 to 3 years of sales-related work experience; those with a background in frozen foods, meat imports and exports, wholesale trade, etc. will be given priority.
- Fluent Cantonese is the main language for daily communication, and I can conduct basic business exchanges and document processing in Mandarin and basic English.
- Have good interpersonal communication skills and negotiation skills, be able to properly handle customer objections, complaints and sudden situations, and build long-term trust relationships.
- Familiar with basic office software operations (such as Excel, Word), with basic data sorting and sales report submission abilities.
- Monthly salary range: HKD$18,000 to $22,000, depending on experience and performance.
- Transportation allowance: monthly fixed payment, supporting daily commuting expenses.
- Enjoy statutory annual leave and increase it according to your service years; a dual pay (year-end bonus) system is also established.
