<p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong>Handle and follow up customer complaints and written reports, follow up on daily affairs of the estate, hold meetings and general property management work. </p><p><strong>Qualifications:</strong>Second 5; 5 years of experience; good Cantonese is preferred; general Mandarin; general English is preferred; able to read and write Chinese; able to read and write English; with 5 years of relevant work experience, a property management license is required.</p><p><strong>Benefits:</strong>Monthly $24,000 - $28,000, with bank holidays, and year-end bonuses, Monday to Friday: 9:30 am to 6:00 pm, Saturday: 9:00 am to 1:00 pm, working 5 days and a half.</p>
