Job Description:
- Achieve monthly sales and revenue goals through new sales, service and client retention- Assist in the daily operation of the club including customer services, exercise instruction, maintaining optimal club environment and administrative tasks- Teaching a variety of ages how to box and improve their skills in the sport- Establish a client base through one-on-one trial classes and post-workout sales- Establish multiple boxing programs tailored to client needs or goals- Execute and progress/maintain sales of sessions and packages with members- Coordinate, schedule, and keep records of clients' sessionsRequirements:
- In-depth knowledge of the sport of boxing / MMA / Muay Thai- Strong communication skills- Passion for helping clients reach their full potential- Good Command in written and spoken English, Chinese, and Mandarin- 2+ years of related working experience- Fresh Graduates are also welcomePoints to Note:
- Relevant teaching certifications in personal training or coaching- Experience in coaching and holding pads for competitive fighters will be prioritised- Competition experience in boxing / MMA / Muay Thai will be an added advantageInterested parties, please attach your CV with the above requirements and current service coverage with expected service charges.
