<p><strong>About the role</strong></p><p>We are seeking a talented HR Assistant / Executive Assistant to join our dynamic team at Manrison Personnel Limited in Tsim Sha Tsui, Yau Tsim Mong District. This is a full-time position that will provide critical administrative and HR support to our organization.</p><p></p><p><strong>A. Human Resources</strong></p><ol><li>Manage the full spectrum of the recruitment process, including job ad posting, CV screening, interviews, offer preparation, and employment contracts.</li><li>Manage the onboarding process (including visa application, etc.) for new employees and ensure all policies and procedures are followed, including adherence to the Employment Ordinance, company policies, and the Staff Handbook to Hong Kong and APAC Offices</li><li>Handle the monthly payroll calculations, MPF contribution, taxation, final payment, attendance & leave management</li><li>Maintain personnel databases and prepare HR documentation for the full employment lifecycle.</li><li>Handle any ad hoc duties as assigned.</li></ol><p></p><p><strong>B. Executive Support</strong></p><ol><li>Executive support to the Managing Director.</li><li>Corporate branding and marketing support.</li><li>Handle for any ad hoc duties as assigned by the Managing Director.</li></ol><p></p><p><strong>Qualifications & Requirements:</strong></p><ul><li>Diploma or degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field is preferred.</li><li>At least 1-3 years of experience in a human resources or executive assistant role</li><li>With relevant experience gained from sizable or multinational companies is preferable.</li><li>Well-versed in Hong Kong Employment Ordinance and other employment-related ordinances.</li><li>Good command of both English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin).</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)</li><li>Excellent interpersonal skills, self-motivated, detail-minded, well-organized, able to work independently and under pressure & with multi-tasking ability.</li></ul><p><strong></strong></p><p>We offer 5-day work week, attractive fringe benefits and excellent career prospects to the right candidate.
