Duties include:

1. Responsible for building the risk control module of financial derivatives products, including risk control rule design, parameter adjustment strategy, and efficiency improvement optimization.
3. Monitor and optimize transaction execution strategies to ensure transaction efficiency and position safety, and avoid asset losses.
4. Collaborate with algorithm and R&D teams, lead and drive risk control algorithm strategy implementation, regularly follow up user feedback, and continuously optimize user experience.
5. Responsible for the reasonable allocation and effective coordination of project resources, communicate closely with the team, solve problems encountered in the process as the owner, and effectively manage project risks.

Position requirements

1. Bachelor's degree or above, with at least 5 years of product manager experience, familiar with derivatives trading rules, familiar with exchange/clearing house/traditional broker/Internet broker backend risk control products.
2. Have independent experience from 0 to 1 in responsible for financial derivatives risk control design, can independently plan, design and output demand capabilities.
4. Have strong data analysis and logical judgment skills.
