<p>Responsibilities:</p> <p>• Assist the Bank in developing a reliable IT governance framework, maintaining high-level standard on IT service management and promoting continuous improvement.</p> <p>• Assist the Bank in reviewing and enhancing IT governance framework to support the achievement of corporate strategy and objectives.</p> <p>• Design, develop and implement IT governance related policies, processes and guideline to maintain a proactive conformance and oversight program.</p> <p>• Facilitate communication across IT Department and business units on IT governance initiatives.</p> <p>• Drives alignment across IT to single standards and provide holistic view to facilitate office automation using intelligent tools.</p> <p>• Be innovative and clear mind-set to purpose ideas to enhance productivity and operational efficiency.</p> <p>• Implement and execute annual training plan for department staff.</p> <p>• Any services, tasks or activities other than those specifically noted in the Services.</p> <p>Deliverables:</p> <p>• Establish and complete the Cyber mapping exercise in response to HKMA requirements according to specific timeframe</p> <p>• Assist in the development of policies and procedures for various projects</p> <p>• Other project plans and proposal as assigned by the supervisors</p> <p>Requirements:</p> <p>• University graduate, preferably major in Information Technology, Computer Science related subjects.</p> <p>• Minimum 5 years’ work experience in information technology management or IT governance, risk and compliance.</p> <p>• Extensive experience in technology risk management and compliance with regulations.</p> <p>• Sound knowledge in software development, project planning & management</p> <p>• Experience in managing configuration management database is definitely an advantage.</p> <p>• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese; fluent in English is preferable; can speak in Mandarin is an advantage.</p> <p>• Strong negotiator with excellent communication skills.</p> <p>• Independent problem-solving and self-directing abilities.</p> <p>• Self-driven and flexible with high motivation.</p> <p>• Sound knowledge in MS Project / Excel / Visio / PowerPoint / MIS Reporting.</p> <p>• Familiar to regulatory requirements such as HKMA TM-G-1, TM-G-2, PDPO, PCI-DSS etc.</p>
