Responsibilities:

* Process payment requests with relevant supporting documents and obtain proper approvals.

* Handle invoice settlement and expense reimbursements.

* Conduct monthly reconciliations of company credit cards and inter-company cross charges.

* Assist in all aspects of bank account management, including bank account operations, maintenance, and KYC inquiries.

* Monitor cash flow positions and forecast cash flow.

* Maintain, test, and implement internal finance systems.

* Perform other ad hoc tasks as assigned.

Requirements:

* Degree holder, preferably in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.

* Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.

* Attentive to details, good interpersonal skills, well-organized, and responsible.

* Willing to take on new tasks and assignments.

* Proficient in computer skills, specifically in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

* Good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.
