ob Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain accurate financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries.

• Process monthly payroll, statutory deductions, and related reporting in compliance with Hong Kong labor and tax regulations.

• Assist in the preparation of monthly financial statements, management reports, and budgetary support documentation.

• Handle bank reconciliations, petty cash management, and invoice verification for internal and external stakeholders.

• Secretarial company experience preferred

• Requirements

• Hold a Higher Diploma or Associate Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.

• Possess 3–5 years of relevant accounting experience in a Hong Kong-based office environment.

• Fluent in Cantonese, English, and Mandarin for effective communication with clients, vendors, and internal teams.

• Proficient in common accounting software (e.g., MYOB, QuickBooks) and Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting.

• Must be a Hong Kong permanent resident eligible to work without employment visa sponsorship.

• Competitive monthly salary ranging from HKD 18,000 to HKD 22,000, negotiable based on qualifications and experience.

• Five-day workweek (Monday to Friday), with standard office hours from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.

• Stable office-based role located at Tung Tsz Commercial Centre, 258 Des Voeux Road West, Sai Ying Pun.
