Job Responsibilities

• Responsible for the daily operation of the hotel front desk

• Answering the phone and handling customer inquiries, processing reservations

• Greet guests and handle check-in or check-out registration work

• Provide professional concierge services, maintain good customer relationships Job Requirements

• A little bit of computer operations and customer service work experience is preferred

• Active and proactive work, good at communication, sense of responsibility, and enthusiasm. Pay attention to details

• Able to read and write Chinese, speak fluent Cantonese, understand Mandarin and be able to understand and speak English

• Graduates and those with no relevant work experience are welcome to apply

Working hours:

• Daily work 9-12 hours, including 1 hour of paid mealtime

• Shifts include early, mid, and late shifts, with rotating breaks

Working location: Tianwan
