Job Description
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities by prospecting, qualifying, and engaging potential clients across target industries and geographies.
- Lead the full project sales cycle—from initial client contact and needs assessment through proposal development, negotiation, and contract closure.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, product management, and delivery to align solutions with client requirements and ensure technical feasibility.
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, demonstrations, and customized proposals that articulate value propositions, ROI, and implementation roadmaps.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities, pipeline status, and forecasting data in the CRM system to support strategic decision-making and reporting.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Marketing, or a related field; MBA or relevant professional certification is a plus.
- Minimum of 3–5 years of proven experience in project-based sales, preferably within B2B industrial, technology, construction, or infrastructure sectors.
- Strong understanding of complex sales processes, solution selling methodologies, and contract structuring for long-cycle, high-value projects.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at multiple organizational levels.
- Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce), MS Office Suite, and willingness to travel domestically and internationally as needed.
