Job Responsibilities

• Responsible for formulating and implementing overall market sales strategies, in line with the company's business development objectives, to enhance brand market share and sales conversion rate

• Plan and implement annual brand promotion plans and quarterly theme activities, covering online and offline integrated communication, public relations collaboration and node marketing

• Lead market research and competitive analysis, regularly output consumer behavior, industry trends and competitive product dynamic reports, support decision optimization

• Develop and maintain new customer resources, expand cooperation channels (including retail partners, distributors and cross-border brands), and promote market penetration and business growth

• Coordinate the execution of market promotion projects, coordinate design, media, event suppliers and other external units to ensure timeliness, cost-effectiveness and brand image consistency

• 3 to 5 years of full-time market promotion or brand-related work experience, those with food, fast-moving consumer goods or retail industry background are preferred

• Proficient in Cantonese, Mandarin and English, able to independently write Chinese and English market copy, presentations and analysis reports

• Familiar with market research methods and data analysis tools, with basic Excel processing capabilities, and able to extract actionable insights from data

• Must hold a permanent Hong Kong resident identity, or meet the eligibility criteria for Talent Pass, Elite Pass, IANG, Dependents' visa or other legal work qualifications in Hong Kong

• Implement a flexible work schedule (every two weeks include one week of five days and one week of six days)

• Provide a comprehensive medical insurance plan, covering outpatient, inpatient, and designated specialty services
