Job Description
- Responsible for providing high-quality guest services, executing daily security patrols and entrance and exit management, etc.
- Handling tenant and guest inquiries, complaints, and emergencies to ensure property safety and order
- Monitor and maintain the safety and tidiness of the lobby, parking lot, and other public areas
- Assist in responding to emergency situations within the property, including fires, thefts or other sudden events
- Record daily work logs, report abnormal situations and improvement suggestions to superiors
- Must hold a valid security personnel license and QAS accreditation certificate
- Have good communication skills, and be able to handle guests and tenants’ affairs with a polite attitude
- Active and positive personality, sense of responsibility, and high professional ethics
- Able to adapt to shift work and long hours of standing work
- Applicants with relevant property or hotel security experience will be given priority
