Job Description
Optometric services (require certification)
Design and customize vision solutions based on test results, such as progressive multifocal lens fitting recommendations.
Provide professional vision care consultation, help customers understand their own vision condition and improvement methods.
Ensure all eye examination processes comply with industry standards and company regulations.
Maintain and update customer optometric files to ensure data integrity and accuracy.
Customer Relationship Management
Follow the luxury service standards, provide full-process reception services, including appointment arrangements and privacy protection.
Complete customer follow-up within 48 hours of check-out to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Proactively understand customer needs and provide personalized product recommendations and service experiences.
Handling customer inquiries and complaints, ensuring problems are quickly and effectively resolved.
Regularly visit key customers and establish long-term stable cooperative relationships.
Employment conditions
Must hold a license from the Hong Kong Opticians Management Committee (COHK) at the intermediate or higher level, as the basic threshold for optical consultants.
Have relevant optometric practical experience and be able to operate various vision screening devices fluently.
Applicants with luxury eyewear fitting or sales experience will be given priority.
Have good communication skills and service awareness, and be able to adapt to a high-standard customer service environment.
Have basic computer operations skills, and be able to use the CRM system to manage customer data.
