Hong Kong Insurance Consultant (Full-time/Part-time Recruitment)<br><br><br><br>A. Job Description<br><br>As a trusted insurance and financial planning partner for our customers, you will be rooted in the Hong Kong insurance market, combining customer family structure, financial situation and risk preferences to provide personalized insurance solution design, product interpretation and follow-up services. This will help customers avoid risks, achieve wealth inheritance and life protection, and at the same time help you build your personal professional insurance consulting brand and expand Hong Kong and cross-border insurance business with the company.<br><br>II. Work Responsibilities<br><br>1. Expand and maintain relationships with local and multinational individuals and corporate clients in Hong Kong, accurately identify their insurance and wealth management needs;<br><br>2. Provide professional insurance consulting services to customers, including interpretation and comparison of major disease insurance, medical insurance, life insurance, savings insurance and cross-border insurance products;<br><br>3. Customize exclusive insurance solutions based on customer needs, assist customers in completing application procedures, underwriting follow-up, and policy issuance;<br><br>4. Responsible for post-purchase services, including premium reminders, policy review, claim assistance, and policy changes, to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty;<br><br>5. Actively learn Hong Kong insurance industry policies, product knowledge and market dynamics, continuously improve professional skills and business acumen;<br><br>6. Participate in company-organized business training, customer seminars and market promotion activities to expand business channels.<br><br>Three, position requirements<br><br>1. Hold a Hong Kong insurance intermediary license (or be willing to obtain one in the near future), familiar with Hong Kong insurance market rules and mainstream insurance products, those who are familiar with Hong Kong insurance market rules and mainstream insurance products are preferred;<br><br>2. Priority will be given to those with more than one year of experience in insurance sales, financial planning or high-end customer service. For those with strong learning abilities but no experience, systematic training can be provided;<br><br>3. Have excellent communication skills, customer service awareness and negotiation skills, be able to accurately identify customer needs and provide professional solutions;<br><br>4. Hold a Hong Kong identity card or valid Hong Kong residency, fluent in Chinese and English (Cantonese fluency is preferred);<br><br>6.
