Job Title: Customer Service Assistant

Job Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for answering customer calls with a professional and friendly attitude to provide high-quality customer service.

2. Instantly answer customer inquiries of all types, accurately provide relevant information and appropriate solutions.

3. Process customer complaints and feedback, log issues and track them to resolution, ensuring customer satisfaction.

4. Support the team in completing daily administrative work, including file organization, data input, and other auxiliary tasks.

5. Regularly report on work progress, assist in optimizing internal processes, and improve overall work efficiency.

Requirements:

1. Hold a DSE qualification or above, with good customer service awareness and attitude.

2. Have excellent communication skills, be fluent in Cantonese and Mandarin, and English ability is preferred.

4. Have good problem-solving skills and team spirit, and be able to maintain high efficiency under pressure.

5. Adapt to a fast-paced work environment, have flexible response abilities, and be willing to accept shift arrangements.
