Digital Marketing Manager
Job Responsibilities
- Manage digital advertising (including app store optimization) and social media advertising campaigns, continuously adjust strategies based on data analysis to improve ad performance and return on investment.
- Plan and execute all-round digital marketing activities with the goal of increasing brand exposure, boosting app store traffic, attracting new user registrations, and improving user engagement.
- Proactively seek and negotiate third-party cooperation opportunities, expand brand influence and business development potential through cross-border co-branding or strategic partnerships.
- Develop creative and data-driven search engine optimization (SEO) and search engine marketing (SEM) strategies to improve the ranking and visibility of websites and applications on major search platforms.
- Continuously monitor and analyze market trends, competitive dynamics and user behavior insights, uncover business growth points and propose feasible strategy recommendations.
- Responsible for overall marketing budget planning and control, ensuring rational allocation of resources, and evaluating and tracking performance for various activities based on return on investment (ROI).
Work requirements
- Holding a bachelor's degree in marketing, business management or related fields.
- Must be fluent in English and Mandarin, with excellent writing skills in both languages.
- At least 5 years of digital marketing-related work experience, including 2 to 3 years of management position experience, those with specific sports industry or sports application program experience are preferred.
- In-depth understanding of the market environment, user characteristics and promotion mode of sports-related mobile applications.
- Have excellent project management skills, able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and deliver high-quality results on time.
- Having strong data analysis and logical thinking abilities, you can extract insights from data and guide decisions.
- Have excellent communication skills, negotiation abilities, and cross-department or external partner relationship building abilities.
- Proficient in MS Office office software, familiar with data analysis tools (such as Google Analytics, Tableau, React native, Java, etc.)
- Innovative thinking, high enthusiasm for the sports industry, and the ability to transform that enthusiasm into effective marketing solutions.
