Job Responsibilities

Responsible for the daily operation and management of the Western restaurant floor, including customer reception, table arrangement, order service and payment process, ensuring a high-quality dining experience.
Lead new and existing employees in floor service training, covering etiquette rules, standard operating procedures (SOP), crisis response skills, and brand service concepts.
As the core coordinator between the floor and the kitchen, bar, in real time to communicate order information, follow up on meal progress, effectively reduce delays and errors, and maintain smooth front and back collaboration.
Execute comprehensive store management, including environmental inspection, materials inventory, equipment repair, service quality monitoring, and customer feedback collection and improvement follow-up.

Work requirements

Have at least 1 to 3 years of practical experience in Western-style restaurant floor service, those with management positions or team leadership experience are preferred.
Have basic personnel management skills, be able to clearly communicate instructions, provide constructive feedback, and promote team collaboration and service awareness.
Clear communication and expression, able to use Cantonese as the main working language, with basic English conversational skills (such as ordering, simple customer complaints) is even better.
Strong sense of responsibility, high stress resistance, able to stay calm in a fast-paced environment, proactive in discovering problems and proposing solutions.
