Job Description
Job Responsibilities

  • Assist the restaurant manager in planning and executing daily operations, including shift scheduling, inventory control, and service process optimization, to ensure smooth operations and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Responsible for the supervision and training of the front-end service team, regular service standard checks and on-site guidance, and maintaining consistent and high-quality customer experiences.
  • Collaborate with the kitchen team to master the rhythm and stability of serving dishes, participate in menu testing and feedback collection, and support the introduction of new dishes and improvement of existing ones.
  • Regularly organize sales, efficiency, and losses, etc. operating data, assist managers in formulating short-term operating goals and improvement action plans, and support performance achievement.

Work requirements

  • Have at least three years of regular restaurant service or storefront management practical experience, those who have served as shift leaders, senior servers or reserve officers are especially suitable.
  • Willing to cooperate with shift work (including holidays and nights), sense of responsibility and proactive problem-solving awareness, attention to details and execution.
