Job Overview

We are seeking a talented software engineer to join our development team and contribute to building and enhancing our multi-tenant property management platform. You will work closely with our product and operations teams to provide features that solve real-world challenges in large-scale residential property management.

Report to: CTO

Technical stack

• Frontend: Next.js

• Backend: Django (Python)

• Database: PostgreSQL

• Cloud infrastructure: AWS

• Architecture: Multi-tenant SaaS

Main responsibilities

• Develop and maintain full-stack application functionality (Next.js frontend + Django/Node.js backend)

• Build scalable and secure APIs and integrate third-party services

• Implement identity authentication and authorization system

• Handle document management, contract workflow, and tenant screening system

• Optimize database queries and application performance

• Deploy and maintain applications on AWS infrastructure

• Collaborate with the product team to translate requirements into technical solutions

• Participate in code review and maintain high code quality standards

• Record technical implementation and maintain a clear development workflow

Job Requirements

• Computer Science or related bachelor's degree (or equivalent practical experience)

• Have backend framework experience, such as Django (Python), *************** or equivalent frameworks

• Solid JavaScript/TypeScript and React foundations

• Familiar with PostgreSQL or similar relational databases

• Understanding RESTful API design and version control (Git)

• Able to write concise, maintainable code

• Strong problem-solving skills and learning enthusiasm

• Experience with Next.js and AWS

• AI Tool Proficiency: Familiar with Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, Cursor, or similar tools

• Familiar with CI/CD pipelines and cloud deployments

• 2 years of experience in building production-level Web applications

• Understand document management systems

• Experience in PropTech, FinTech or regulated industries

Working style

• Collaborate with distributed team members and external development partners

• Participate in product planning and technical architecture discussions

• Balance between rapid functional development and maintaining code quality

• Working in a dynamic environment of constantly changing priorities

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain features across our full-stack application (Next.js frontend + Django/Node.js backend)

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent practical experience)

• Experience with backend frameworks such as Django (Python), ***************, or equivalent

• Solid foundation in JavaScript/TypeScript and React

• Working knowledge of PostgreSQL or similar relational databases

• Understanding of RESTful API design and version control (Git)

• Demonstrated ability to write clean, maintainable code

• Strong problem-solving skills and eagerness to learn

Nice to Have

• Experience with Next.js and AWS

• AI tool proficiency: Experience with Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, Cursor, or similar

• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and cloud deployment

• 2+ years building production web applications

• Knowledge of document management systems

• Experience in PropTech, FinTech, or regulated industries

• AWS certifications or cloud infrastructure expertise
