Job Responsibilities: <br>1. Assist interior designers or project managers with daily administrative tasks, including meeting scheduling, time management, and file organization. <br>2. Responsible for communicating and coordinating with customers, suppliers or other relevant parties to ensure accurate and timely information exchange. <br>3. Manage and track project progress, provide necessary support to ensure the project is completed on time. <br>4. Plan your trip and prepare relevant materials to ensure that all details are handled properly. <br>5. Process other temporary tasks to support team efficiency. <br><br>Requirements: <br>1. Have excellent organizational skills, be able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and maintain high efficiency. <br>2. Proficient in using office software (such as Microsoft Office), with basic computer skills. <br>3. Have good writing and speaking skills in Chinese and English, and be able to communicate across cultures is especially desirable. <br>4. Work carefully and responsibly, able to stay calm and solve problems under pressure. <br>5. At least one year of relevant work experience, familiar with the design or construction industry, is a plus.
