The core mission is to significantly enhance brand awareness and consistently generate high-quality sales leads to drive business growth.</p><p></p><p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Develop, execute, and optimize B2B-centric digital advertising strategies, with a primary focus on Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads. Manage budgets effectively to maximize return on investment (ROI) and achieve lead generation targets.</li><li>Continuously monitor and refine campaign performance (including keywords, audience targeting, and ad creatives) to lower cost-per-acquisition (CPA) and improve the quality and conversion rate of sales leads.</li><li>Conduct in-depth analysis of campaign data and user behavior. Generate regular performance reports to provide actionable insights and recommendations for marketing and business strategy.</li><li>Research, test, and manage additional effective B2B digital marketing channels (e.g., industry platform advertising, programmatic buying, affiliate marketing, KOL) to expand the pipeline of potential customers.</li><li>Work closely with the sales team to establish and refine the lead management process, ensuring tight alignment between marketing initiatives and sales objectives.</li><li>Stay abreast of digital marketing trends, competitor activities, and new technologies. Introduce innovative tools and best practices to maintain a competitive edge.</li><li>Maintain brand strategy and visual identity management to ensure consistency of core brand messages and visuals across all internal and external outputs. Establish a brand asset library. Plan and execute brand integrated marketing campaigns and sponsorship programs to drive brand awareness.</li></ul><p></p><p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p><p></p><ul><li>Bachelor's degree or higher in Marketing, Advertising, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.</li><li>Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in B2B digital marketing, with proven expertise in managing B2B acquisition campaigns. Relevant certifications are a plus.</li><li>Strong analytical skills with proficiency in using data analysis tools (e.g., Google Analytics) to measure and report on marketing performance.</li><li>Excellent strategic thinking and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple advertising projects independently and drive results.</li><li>Outstanding cross-team communication and collaboration skills. Proficiency in both English and Chinese is preferred.</li><li>A strong interest or experience in the Web3, blockchain, fintech, or related industries is highly advantageous.</li></ul><p><br></p>
