Job Responsibilities

• Responsible for conducting a comprehensive spinal health evaluation for patients, including history taking, physical examination, and necessary imaging analysis (such as X-rays, MRIs), to develop personalized treatment plans.

• Utilize professional techniques for spinal correction (Spinal Adjustment), joint mobilization, and soft tissue therapy to relieve back pain, neck pain, headache, and nerve compression common symptoms.

• Provide preventive health guidance and postural education, assist patients to improve daily activity patterns, work environment settings and exercise habits, and reduce the risk of recurrence.

• Collaborate with physical therapists, Chinese or Western medical teams, participate in interprofessional consultations and referrals, and ensure patients receive integrated care.

• Maintain complete and up-to-date clinical records that comply with the Hong Kong Department of Health and the Hong Kong Chiropractic Association's guidelines, and regularly update patient treatment progress and effectiveness evaluation.

Work requirements

• Holding a Hong Kong Chiropractic Board-recognized chiropractic degree (such as Bachelor of Chiropractic Science or equivalent qualification), and registered as a licensed chiropractor.

• Have fluent Cantonese communication skills, be able to clearly explain the patient's condition, treatment principles and precautions to local patients; those who understand Mandarin or English are preferred.

• Must be a permanent resident of Hong Kong, meet the local professional identity requirements, and be able to comply with the relevant license renewal and continuing professional development (CPD) regulations.

• Have basic information literacy, be able to operate electronic medical records system and common office software fluently; those who have clinical internship or clinic practical experience are not limited, fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
