Job Description:
Responsible for greeting and answering customer inquiries, providing professional real estate information and advice.
This position will assign customers, focusing on maintaining and developing customer relationships.
Aid customers in understanding market dynamics, project progress, and related policies, ensuring that customers receive timely and accurate information.
Closely collaborate with internal teams to ensure rapid response and satisfaction of customer needs.
Gather customer feedback, make improvement suggestions, enhance service quality and customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
Diploma or above, at least 1 year of experience in the real estate industry.
Excellent communication skills and customer service awareness, effectively solve customer issues, familiar with market dynamics and customer needs.
Team spirit, able to adapt to challenges in a fast-paced work environment.
Applicants with experience in the domestic real estate industry or those who have studied in Hong Kong are welcome.

This position will assign customers, focusing on maintaining and developing customer relationships. No need to independently expand customers. Requires real estate experience.
