Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead performance advertising campaigns for our self-developed financial app, driving user growth and acquisition targets.

2. Manage end-to-end advertising on major media platforms (e.g., Baidu, ByteDance/TikTok, UC Web), including audience analysis, strategy formulation, and platform-specific optimization.

3. Oversee ad creative direction and copy strategy. Conduct granular account operations. Regularly analyze and report on creative performance.

4. Drive video content strategy by analyzing market trends and high-performing ad formats. Maintain a rigorous testing pipeline with daily new ad variations and campaign setups.

5. Be fully accountable for channel Return on Investment (ROI) and user increment goals. Perform continuous data monitoring, analysis, and optimization to improve efficiency and lower customer acquisition costs.

6. Conduct competitive analysis on market advertising strategies and stay updated on industry trends and traffic shifts.

7. Collaborate closely with internal Product and Operations teams to align marketing efforts, optimize user conversion funnels, and enhance overall business conversion rates.

Qualifications:

1. Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience managing performance advertising campaigns on at least one of the major platforms: Baidu, ByteDance (Douyin/Toutiao), Tencent Ads, or UC.

2. Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data interpretation, and logical, structured thinking to solve complex optimization challenges.

3. Fast learner with a proactive, positive attitude and a strong sense of ownership and responsibility.
